Recently, Today.com published a story regarding Gremlin the dog getting contact lenses. The heart-wrenching story discusses all the adversities she experienced and how she survived a multitude of issues, including being exploited to participate in dog fights, having cancer, to developing a dangerous pressure behind her right eye, ultimately leading to permanent blindness there. However, her adopted parents never gave up and in an effort to improve her quality of life they had her fitted for contact lenses on her left eye.
